Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned instrument, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
